Systems Engineer and Project Manager Subject Matter Expert

NTCS LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer and Project Manager.  The candidate must be highly qualified, have good written and verbal communication skills.  Specific Job duties and responsibilities include the following:

·      Provide management and direction on large, complex projects

·      Provide recommendations for improvements to daily engineering operations to streamline and improve existing processes

·      Interact with Senior level customers to understand requirements, then work to support engineering in development of solutions

·      Coordinate and integrate with business operations and program initiatives

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·      Initiative to take ownership of projects and drive projects to completion

·      Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or compensatory experience

·      5+ years of relevant experience

·      In-depth knowledge of Intelligence Community missions, Data Center or Cloud Operations, project management techniques

·      Experience with leading large projects with significant complexity

·      Excellent communication, presentation and design abilities

Recommended Certifications:

·      Certified Scrum Master

·      PMP
